Born between 1980 and 2000, millennials are the generation that will make up 75 percent of the workforce by 2025. Millennials are rapidly entering the workforce in large numbers and they are here to stay. They are the largest generation in US history, 92 million of which 61 percent are college educated, compared to the baby boomer generation with 77 million of which only 46 percent are college educated.
